ECB keeps its ELA unchanged

FXStreet (Edinburgh) - The European Central Bank has left unchanged its emergency provision of liquidity (ELA) for Greek banks, although it has raised haircuts on collateral accepted by the Bank of Greece.

EUR/USD eased to 1.1060 on the news, down from 1.1080/90.
