PBOC - There is abnormal volatility in Bitcoin

As per China press reports, the People's Bank of China warned about te 'abnormal' volatility in Bitcoin market and asked executives of Shaghai-based Bitcoin trading platform to 'rectify misbehaviour' in trading.
