Senior EU diplomat: EU leaders to discuss next week whether to have special Brexit summit In Nov

Citing a senior EU diplomat, Reuters reported that EU leaders will meet next week to discuss whether or not to have a special Brexit summit in November. The diplomat further explained that the EU's Barnier did not neet legal mandate from member states to negotiate post-Brexit relations with the EU.
