Italy's Salvini: Not fixated on 0.1% extra or lower on deficit target

Italy's deputy Prime Minister - Matteo Salvini was out with some comments in the last hour and said that the EU cannot take government or Italians hostage and that we are not fixated on 0.1% extra or lower on deficit target.
