Dangerous times for Swissy

EUR/CHF dipped to new monthly low of 1.2164, but managed to retrace some losses and finished week at 1.2189. This was the third negative weekly close in a row. The technical picture has darkened, but not completely spoiled. Swiss unemployment rate and retail sales data published on Tuesday, might attract investors attention, as they want to know if there any fundamental reasons for SNB to extend stimulus. Signs of weakening economy might push EUR/CHF above 1.2200 again, though, as long as the cross trades below this level, the sentiments remain bearish
