French and German PMIs to stay unchanged in July – TD Securities
FXStreet (Łódź) - Prashant Newnaha, Asia-Pacific Macro Strategist at TD Securities suggests that French and German PMIs should come in close to the levels seen in June.
Key quotes
“Both the French and German PMIs have been weaker recently than their normal relationships with other surveys and financial indicators would suggest.”
“We’re in line with consensus in looking for largely unchanged readings for both countries in July.”
“There’s still nothing to suggest that further upside is on the way as momentum heading into Q3 still looks to be pretty poor.”
